Coming Up | 5 May:

Vondell x Mossel & Gin
Het Vrije Westen

During ADE, they made it into the Top 50 Most Recommended Events, and on May 5 they’re doing it all over again in Westerpark: Amsterdam-based funky house label Vondell Records and Mossel & Gin join forces to present an international line-up at Het Vrije Westen Liberation Festival, bringing uplifting flavours of disco house, soul, tech, deep and UK Garage. And not to forget plenty of live elements - let’s bring back real artists to the stage!

Line-up:

• Kraak & Smaak (Sound System, DJ + live vocals)

• Romeo Louisa [Paris, FR] (DJ + hybrid keys)

• Fleur De Mur [Paris, FR] (live vocalist + party crasher)

• Micky Hurts

• Midas Field (DJ + hybrid keys)

• Drabes (Robin and Demi)

• Keys & Copper (DJ + sax)

• Max Schuiling

• Daniq (DJ + hybrid percussion)

Vondell, the sublabel of soul pop record company Vokall Records, excels at curating a line-up of renowned acts and emerging talent: Kraak & Smaak have played Glastonbury, Coachella, Sziget, Romeo Louisa released on Defected with Oden & Fatzo and received support from Disclosure, Prunk (PIV) and Kerri Chandler. Midas Field recently supported Fatboy Slim at Thuishaven, Micky Hurts played at Mysteryland, and the list goes on. And as if that wasn’t enough, we can also enjoy the well-known hospitality of Mossel & Gin: they’ll be serving the coldest drinks, the tastiest cocktails and warm snacks, so we can all celebrate freedom at full throttle together!

In the heart of Amsterdam lies Vondelpark — a place where paths cross, rhythms mingle, and life hums with its own quiet groove. That spirit lives on in Vondell Records, the new imprint from Vokall.

Vondell is about movement — not just the kind that makes you dance, but the kind that connects. Each release breathes a little of the park’s air: organic, warm, alive. Expect house music rooted in soul, touched by disco, and shaped by the pulse of the city.

It’s not about chasing trends. It’s about crafting moments that feel human.
Vondell Records — where the crowd becomes a community, and the beat feels like sunlight through the trees.
